By accessing this website ("Site") operated by Oceryn AI ("Oceryn", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About the Site and product status
The Site presents information about Oceryn AI and Oceryn3D, its AI system for nowcasting and forecasting the three-dimensional ocean. Oceryn3D is a research preview under active development. Descriptions, capabilities, validation figures, the interface preview and any illustrative values shown are for information only. They do not constitute a commercial offer, a performance guarantee or an operational service.
3. Permitted use
You may view and use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, access it through automated means without permission, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the Oceryn and Oceryn3D names, text, graphics and design, are owned by Oceryn AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our prior written consent. Map outlines are derived from Natural Earth (public domain).
5. No professional or operational reliance
Nothing on the Site should be relied upon for navigational, safety-critical, operational or financial decisions. See our Disclaimer for details.
6. Pilots and early access
Any pilot, evaluation or early-access arrangement is governed by a separate written agreement. Nothing on the Site creates such an arrangement.
