- Information you send us, such as your name, work email, organisation, sector, region of interest and message when you email us about early access, a pilot or a collaboration.
- Technical information, such as standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (for example IP address, browser type and pages requested), and analytics data where such tools are enabled.
3. How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiries, discuss pilots and partnerships, operate and improve the website, and meet legal or security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. The website contact form
Our contact form composes a message in your own email application; it does not send anything to a server. Nothing leaves your device until you press send in your email app. Your email is then handled by your email provider and reaches us at hello@oceryn.ai.
5. Cookies and third parties
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site's fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so loading it does not send requests to third-party font or script providers. The interface preview runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.
6. Sharing
We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the site or communicate with you, and where required by law. Any such providers are expected to protect your information and use it only for the agreed purpose.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
